KlevaKlip is a hidden deck fastening system that fixes decking boards from the side rather than through the face, leaving the top surface free of visible screw heads. The clips set a consistent board-to-board gap automatically, which dramatically speeds up installation and produces a clean, premium-looking deck. The system supports both timber and composite boards and replaces traditional top-screw fixing on most modern hardwood and composite decks.

What sizes and finishes are available in the Top Fix range?

Birak stocks the KlevaKlip Top Fix system in two clip widths — 88mm for narrower boards and 137mm for wider boards. Both widths are available in three finishes: Snap Loc (engineered polymer), 304 Stainless Steel and Galvanised. All clips are supplied in boxes of 40. Choosing 304SS for coastal and high-exposure decks reduces long-term corrosion staining around the fixing zone compared to galvanised-only systems.

What other sub-frame components does KlevaKlip offer?

Beyond the deck-board clips, Birak supplies Adjustable Bearer Supports (Box 8) and Adjustable Joist Supports (Box 24) for level-correcting sub-frames over uneven slabs. Joist Connectors are stocked in 70mm and 90mm (Box 48), and Joist Hangers in 90x45 (Box 40) and 140x45 (Box 42) — enough to take a complete deck sub-frame, joist connection set and hidden fixing solution from one product family.
